The jet pulse bag filter system is a filter in fluids technology where the filter medium has a cylindrical shape.
Isımsan produces bag filter using Jet Pulse cleaning method. A cyclic, dense compressed air impulse exposes the filters for a short period of time during cleaning. The filters are briefly shaken and the powdery matter deposited on them is cleaned. The air volume can be designed specifically for the company to be up to 30.000 m3/h.
Cleaning cycles depend on filter area load, gas density, raw gas charge and particle properties. For this reason regeneration can be controlled by time or by means of specified filter differential pressures.
