Vacuum plough shear reactors are suitable for processing pastes, powders and granular products. These reactors are used in chemistry and food industry.

These reactors are single shaft mixers intended for batch processing designed for vacuum and pressure processes. They draw attention with their extremely protective and efficient process technology. The reactors may optionally be equipped with plough type or other types of blades. It is also possible to heat and/or to cool some of them. Complementary components such as cutting rotors, heating and cooling system, and many more details allow these reactors to be used in many different industries. Mixing bodies up to 20 m3 allow production in large batches.

The criteria for choosing the right design are now far beyond purely functional features. The only decisive factor for the quality of the reactors is not the basic suitability for the process. First of all, attention should be paid to design details that are important for hygiene standards, easy cleanability and rapid adaptability to products with different production conditions.
